At PerfumeCo. we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your order. We strive to process orders correctly, but if any errors or issues arise, please accept our apologies and report them to us immediately. We’re here to resolve any problems for you as quickly as possible.
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us within 28 days of receiving them. To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure that the items you’re returning are unopened and in their original packaging. We kindly request that unwanted items are in pristine condition with unbroken retail seals.
Before arranging a return, please email our customer services team at sales@perfumeco.co.uk to request a returns authorisation number. We will provide you with all the necessary details on where to return the items.

Additionally, please indicate whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or a replacement.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. The refund amount will be equivalent to the price paid at the time of placing the order. For your peace of mind, we strongly advise obtaining a proof of postage receipt when returning the item to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage paid to return the goods to us.
If the return is required due to our error, we are more than happy to refund the postage costs associated with returning the item. However, for unwanted or no longer required items, the return postage costs will need to be covered by you, the customer. We recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance coverage for the value of the products being returned.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or an inaccessible address, the item may be returned to PerfumeCo. In this instance, only the value of the supplied product(s) will be refunded, minus the return postage costs incurred by PerfumeCo.
Although we take great care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, we understand that problems may occasionally arise. If you receive a damaged item, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, accept the items and contact us immediately. Refusing delivery may cause delays in the parcel being returned.
